Hey Guys! We are Matt & Angela, the couple behind Lilo's!
We moved to Kansas City back in 2008, less than a year after we got married and we didn't know a soul. Now 9 years later we have come to adore this baseball lovin', bbq smokin' Paris of the Plains.
Matt is from Alpine, Utah and I am from Nashville, TN we moved to KC for a different business venture that we sold in 2015. Matt is currently a dental student at UMKC, so obviously we want to provide you with lots of sugar so you have to go see him in a few years to fill all the cavities. 😂 (only half joking) I (Angela) am the creative lifestyle blogger behind Handmade in the Heartland.
Lilo's is born out of our love for all things sweet, we've never met a dessert we didn't like, and a desire to bring something unique and fun to the Northland of Kansas City. See you at the shack!
